Directing a holiday, I was called to a table. The bidding had gone 1spade - 2 hearts - 1spade. I explained the options, and 4th hand decided to accept the 1 spade insufficent bid which was then passed out(!). Before I got back to my seat, they called me again. Both defenders had led a card simultaneously, confused by the fact that both opponents had bid 1 spade.
