Q What will my order cost?
A The price
of the items plus delivery. The prices I charge online
buyers are equal to the wholesale price plus VAT.
Q What is the delivery charge?
A I charge £6.49 (£5.50+VAT)
for any size order. With a small-value order, I will charge less.

Q When
could I expect my order?
A I do not
usually keep stock and order from the warehouse for you the day I
get your order confirmation.
They usually despatch it direct to you the
following working day and you receive it the working day after
that.
Q Do I
need to become a Distributor, or will you always be prepared to
supply at wholesale?
A You do not need to sign
up, but if you are intending to spend more than £75
(wholesale - about £94 with delivery and VAT) you would be
better off becoming a Distributor.
Q How are
you able to sell at the wholesale price?
A It is because I get a
Distributor's discount that I can afford to sell the products to
you at wholesale.
(I actually get more discount if you order direct from me than if
you sign up).
Q Is it a
lot of hassle if I sign up?
A On the contrary, it's
less hassle.
Instead of placing orders through me, you will be able to place
them direct with Neways by phone, so no paperwork.
Q What is
the procedure if I want to become a Distributor?
A You fill in an
application form and sign it. Click here for details of information required on
the application form.
Q What
will it cost?
A It depends on the size
of your first order, but probably £30 (at the time of writing).
Q Do I
need to order again if I don't want to?
A No. But if you go six
months without ordering you will get a reminder letter before
your account is closed.
Q Is there
a renewal fee?
A No. Neither are there
any catches.
Q What
else will I receive as a Distributor?
A A catalogue and price
list;
cassette and video tapes about the company;
a regular magazine full of news, information, testimonials,
special offers, etc;
a telephone helpline to answer any questions.
Q Will I
get an extra discount as a Distributor?
A Yes, once you have spent
a total of £750 (wholesale) you will qualify for a personal
rebate on amounts over £75 monthly.
This rebate starts at 10% and goes up to 20%.
The totals include the money anyone you sign up spends, as their
orders will be placed beneath yours in a "downline".
Q But I
only want to order for myself.
A No problem; most
Distributors only sign up to obtain personal orders at wholesale.
In fact, I may sign people up for you and place them in your
downline to help you if you want.

Q Why
would you do that?
A I have reached the level
of Executive, and to progress further I need to have Executives
in my downlines.
That way, we all earn commission.
Q Does
this mean the products are overpriced to enable all this
commission?
A No. As with any other
retail business, the cost to the consumer is greater than just
the manufacturing cost plus profit:
A manufacturer sells to a national wholesaler who sells to a
regional wholesaler who sells to your local shop who sells to you.
Network marketing cuts out the middle men and all their
associated costs, and commission instead goes to downline members.
Also, the company do not spend any money on advertising, because
people like myself do it, which is another huge saving for them.
Before I joined I compared their wholesale prices favourably with
those of other suppliers, and sizes are generally bigger with
more (and better) ingredients.
