Information about the Application Form.
Because of the Data Protection Act, all application forms must be personally signed by the applicant. This is why I need to send you a form. I cannot fax it as terms and conditions are on the back and it's in triplicate.
There is an ID number printed top right. This will be what the Company will know you by.
It asks for your name, business name, co-applicant name, and address etc.
The business name is only for if you want to trade under a business name. The co-applicant name is for your partner. I advise people that if you are married, it is a good idea for both of you to join. That way, either of you can take over if the other is indisposed at any time. The Distributorship is a business, which you can sell or bequest to anyone.
It asks for your bank account details. You don't have to fill this in, but it's because the Company intend to pay commission into your account by BACS instead of sending out cheques each month.
It then has a space for your sponsor's name and ID number. I will put my details here.
Then there is a legal bit to say that you have read the terms and conditions, and including the fact that you don't have to buy anything else if you don't want to.
Then you sign it and return it to me for checking, or direct to the Company if you're happy with it.
I normally add an order form.
All new Distributor kits will include THE FULL Presentation Gold CD, currently charged at £30! This will also cover updates produced for the 3 months. Thereafter, future updates will be charged at the rate of £24 for 12 months - existing users will continue to receive updates as per the original launch.
Application Form sent without Order - The kit will be sent with a Post and Packaging charge of £5 (+ VAT)
Application Form with order LESS THAN £75 (+ VAT) - The kit will be sent without the Post and Packing charge but the products will incur Postage and Packing at the usual rate.
Application Form with order OVER £75 (+ VAT) - The kit will be sent with the products with free Postage and Packing on everything
Application Form with order OVER £100 (+ VAT) - The kit will be sent with the products with free Postage and Packing and a product sample pack (The Neways Collection worth £20).
